If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact us via LINE or email to cancel. If it’s already been shipped, cancellation will be handled as a return under our return policy.

We accept returns of unused and unopened machines within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

All RosinTEK machines are shipped mostly assembled and designed for quick, hassle-free setup. Some models may require light final assembly, and clear instructions are always included.

Yes, all RosinTEK presses include a 1-year warranty on frame and electronics, and 3 months on hydraulic components. You can read more in our Warranty Policy.
