Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

RosinTEK® warrants that each rosin press is free from defects in the frame structure and electronic components for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment, provided the machine is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the user manual. Hydraulic components and other wear items, such as bottle jacks and handles, are covered for a period of three (3) months.

Claim Process

If a problem occurs within the warranty period, please contact support@rosin-tek.com with a detailed description of the issue, including clear photos or videos. Our team will assist you with troubleshooting and determine whether repair, replacement parts, or a full unit replacement is appropriate. Approved warranty claims will be fulfilled at no additional cost to the customer.

Any machine returned without its original packaging materials (including the box and foam inserts) may result in the warranty being voided.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not apply to machines that have been misused, neglected, modified without written authorization, stored improperly, or damaged due to an incorrect power supply or tampering with the power cord. Normal wear and tear, consumable materials such as lubricants, and damage resulting from non-original parts or unauthorized repairs are also excluded. Shipping costs for non-warranty repairs are the customer’s responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by RosinTEK and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. RosinTEK shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. No distributor, reseller, or agent is authorized to alter these terms or provide additional warranties on behalf of RosinTEK.
