RosinTEK Return & Refund Policy

At RosinTEK, we stand behind the quality and performance of our equipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund terms below.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition. Please note that custom-built or discounted machines are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@rosintek.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (for example, defective or incorrect item shipped).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
