Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship within Thailand. International shipping is available; please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to selected products or active promotions.

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or LINE to monitor your order.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery times. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before your order is fulfilled.

Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

Import taxes, duties, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in checkout prices. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
