RosinTEK ELITE 20T Heat Press

The RosinTEK ELITE 20T Heat Press is a high-capacity hydraulic press built for heavy-duty, consistent production. It supports standard upright pressing and DripTek operation for clean collection.

Recommended Amount:

  • Up to 50 grams per press
  1. Place the ELITE press on a sturdy, flat table. If using the DripTek stand, assemble it and securely mount the press.
  2. Use the hydraulic jack handle to fully close the release valve.
  3. Flip the power switch to turn the press on.
  4. Set the plate temperature(s), time, and scale (°C or °F) using the control panel Set, Up, and Down buttons. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions and visuals.
  5. Wait until the plates reach the set temperature.
  6. Fold your material in parchment paper and position it centered on the bottom plate.
  7. Insert the jack handle and pump until the plates close and pressure is reached.
    Tip: if the plate no longer moves upward, maximum pressure has been reached.
  8. Press the Timer button to start the countdown.
  9. If using DripTek, undo the latch and tilt the press forward until it rests on the stop bar. Place parchment on the table surface to catch rosin.
  10. When the timer ends, return the press to the upright position, secure the latch, and stop the timer.
  11. Open the release valve slowly to separate the plates.
  12. Remove your pressed material carefully using tools or heat-resistant gloves.
  13. Load the next batch or power off the machine when finished.
