RosinTEK PRIME 5T Heat Press

The RosinTEK PRIME 5T Heat Press combines professional hydraulic power with user-friendly operation. Designed for versatility, it supports both standard vertical pressing and the DripTek method for cleaner collection.

Recommended Amount:

  • Up to 15 grams per press
  1. Place the PRIME press on a sturdy, flat table. If using the DripTek stand, assemble and securely mount the press onto it.
  2. Use the hydraulic jack handle to firmly close the release valve.
  3. Flip the power switch to turn the press on.
  4. Program the control panel to set your desired plate temperature(s), time, and scale (°C/°F) using the Set, Up, and Down buttons. Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions and visual guides.
  5. Wait until the plates reach the target temperature. The heating icons will switch off when ready.
  6. Fold your material in parchment paper and position it in the center of the bottom plate.
  7. Insert the jack handle and pump until the plates close and pressure is reached.
    Tip: If the plate no longer moves upward, max pressure has been achieved.
  8. Press the Timer button to start the countdown.
  9. If using DripTek, undo the latch and tilt the press forward until it rests on the stop bar. Place parchment on the table surface to catch dripping rosin.
  10. When the timer ends, lift the press back upright and secure the latch. Stop the timer.
  11. Release the pressure by slowly unscrewing the jack’s release valve and open the plates.
  12. Carefully remove your pressed material.
  13. Turn off the machine when finished and collect your rosin using the proper tools.
