RosinTEK MASTER 20T Heat Press

The RosinTEK MASTER 20T Heat Press is our flagship system, pairing an external hand pump with a high-capacity press. Built for maximum pressure and continuous production, it supports upright and DripTek operation.

Recommended Amount:

  • Up to 50 grams per press
  1. Place the MASTER press and hand pump on a sturdy, flat table.
  2. Attach the hand pump hose securely to the hydraulic jack connector.
  3. Close the release valve by turning it clockwise using the pump handle.
  4. Connect the control panel to power with the enclosed cord and flip the power switch.
  5. Set plate temperature(s), time, and scale (°C/°F) using the Set, Up, and Down buttons. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions.
  6. Wait until the plates reach the set temperature.
  7. Place your material centered on the bottom plate.
  8. Pump the jack handle to lift and close the plates, watching the pressure gauge until desired pressure is reached.
  9. Press the Timer button to start the countdown.
  10. If using DripTek, undo the latch and tilt the machine forward until it locks on the stop bar. Place parchment underneath to collect rosin.
  11. When the countdown ends, unlock the latch and lift the press upright, then lock it again.
  12. Stop the timer by pressing Timer button once more.
  13. Turn the release valve counterclockwise to release pressure and open the plates.
  14. Remove your pressed material using tools or heat-resistant gloves.
  15. Load the next batch or power off and unplug the press when finished.
